“Unexpected quality in a modern setting”
Reviewed November 7, 2011

Staying in the area we usually like the traditional french bistros and restaurants with ambiviance. It was however raining hard which restricted our searches somewhat and settled for basically something to eat in a modern complex with cinema and supermarket etc. Not expecting too much we were delightfully surprised by the quality of food and service in a very acceptable atmosphere. Choice was good and I was impressed by the bouillabaisse I ordered. In short a delightful surprise and a lesson not to judge a book by its cover. We will return.

“Dinner with French friends”
Reviewed September 24, 2011

We were invited out to dinner with our French friends who live in Villeneuve-les-Beziers. Our first impression from the outside did not prepare us for the very fine restaurant we found inside. The presentation of the food was most unexpected, but, as it turned out, all the ingredients were of an excellent quality and somehow it all worked very well. We had a fine rose from Faugeres which complemented our meal perfectly. Would certainly return.
