A very comfortable, wonderfully decorated, old-fashioned hotel with friendly, welcoming hosts. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again. Handy to Bergerac airport.

Nice hotel, beautifully decorated. Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Clean.
Extremely expensive breakfast. It is in a lovely small village but on the main road, so if you sleep with the window open it is very noisy. Small shower and very small room.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during our tour around Périgord in June 2010. At that time we paid 58 EUR / night, for two people without breakfast.
The place is well decorated, clean and comfortable. We found two problems: i) our room was at the third floor, so that it was hard to take up our luggage, ii) bathroom is a bit old-fashioned.
Bed and its linen were clean and soft.
This hotel is about 10 min from the train station. The path until the station is not that easy if you are carrying medium to big cases.
We made our reservation by email. I had to send my credit card number to guarantee the reservation.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the first floor.

We were so impressed during our first stay, we re-routed ourselves back via Lalinde on the return journey, so that we could stay again....all rooms are beautifully put together with lovely antique furniture and great quality linen and curtains. The couple Jean-Lue and Jean-Paul make you feel like a guest in their home...a what a home it is! They have a lovely cafe that serves drinks and cakes etc, and it's lovely to sit outside and watch the world go by....The area has lovely little cobbled streets with cafes and lots of places to eat and drink...a market appears too on some days which is worth a look around...Enjoy the experience, we certainly did....

Room Tip: They have a range on offer and you can see the rooms before you book, along with prices.

Having read many good reviews we were very disappointed with our matchbox sized room and shower. The owners must have been having a bad day as we didn't see any friendly service on our out of season visit. We both felt it was expensive for a poor experience .
