We had a lovely stay at PVCI last weekend. Our room was well appointed and clean. The house has several nice balconies and verandas where one can sit and enjoy the sun. The breakfast was delicious and a fun social event--a nice opportunity to meet other guests. We ran into some families that also had kids at Blue Lake Fine Arts camp. The Inn is a good stopover for parents needing to pick up their kids early in the morning from the camp. Nearby the inn is a lovely bike/walking trail along the lake. The beach is a close drive, and is very big, clean and uncrowded.
There are several good restaurants in the area. Muskegon is not a destination town, but is a good way to get value for your money, without dealing with hordes of tourists.More
