Good cafe...staff good. Food is avg. Seems Munising doesnt have any Great places to eat to go along with their beautiful shoreline.

Breakfast is good and reasonable. Fresh local fish like whitefish is exceptionally good. Staff was friendly and service was a little slow when they were busy.
We have loved this restaurant every visit...the breakfast is wonderful. This last time through Munising we stopped for dinner...It was not too busy but had a little wait to be seated. We ordered and dinner was pretty good but the waitress seemed like she had too many to wait on. We only saw 3 girls waiting tables. We finally caught her attention to get our check and she was sorry she didn't get back to us right away. Seems like some things have changed there and we were not as happy with this time. It is close to where the boats are for Pictured Rocks so eating there is an easy choice. We will return for breakfast but not for dinner next trip.
The food was ok. I would recommend calling and ordering ahead of time and taking your food to one of the tables with in walking distance on the water to eat. The staff was good and the gravy was delicious. Ideal to eat before taking a cruise around the rocks
The Navigator is the restaurant nearest the Pictured Rocks Boat Tour location. It is a reliable, friendly restaurant that has served meals to our family for about forty years. When I go into the Navigator, I expect comfort food, and I get it!
