Went there for convenience after late boat tour. One overworked waitress so service was terrible, people came in and couldn't be seated and so they left. Fish over baked and dry, they had ran out of vegetables. Then ran out of paper in credit card machine....after putting in our card and no one knew where paper was or how to cancel charge...and couldn't find owner by phone to direct them on how to solve this issue.

We came here for breakfast one morning. The omelets / breakfasts were expensive and caloric! They were $9 - $12. Most food in Munising was priced similar to home or less, but this was the exception. Everliving seemed really heavy...we contemplated leaving but stayed. It was good in the end, but nothing to write home about.

When we came in, the restaurant was half empty, but every table was occupied or needed to be bussed.

We sat down and ordered drinks and lunch - I got the french dip and my wife got the patty melt. Our service wasn't bad, but two men next to us waited a long time for the check and another guest was served frozen lasagna. The French Dip was reasonable, but the patty melt was soggy and definitely frozen.

Cute decor in a nice area. Shame it wasn't better.

Another great place to eat in Munising. Plenty to eat and very healthy portions. 4 kinds of fish on Friday night and we attempted to try them all. Still no room for dessert...ugh!

My wife and I ate here for breakfast before going on the Pictured Rocks cruise. Good breakfast and prices with a great location overlooking Lake Superior. The location was also great because the restaurant is right next to the dock where we got in line for the cruise. Recommended if you're in the mood for a nostalgic nautical themed restaurant or if you want a meal before going on the pictured rocks cruise.
