“Very neat boat ride”

This boat ride is well worth the money, and we have told our children they should visit the UP to do it. It was neat to see real shipwrecks, and the glass-bottom viewing areas worked very well. The guide was easy to understand, and the tour was unhurried. You enjoyed a nice two-hour boat ride too. All was well-organized. Sure beat the submarine ride in Honolulu where the wrecks were a joke; these were real and old.

This adventure was spectacular. Unfortunately, we encountered a lot of fog on one of the days we spent in Pictured Rocks. We decided to take this tour on a whim. It was wonderful. The crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took us to 3 underwater shipwrecks. It was amazing to look through the bottom of the boat at see the submerged vessels. The wrecks we saw were from 100 to 200 years old. You really get an up close view. This is as close to scuba diving as one can get! The crew explained in detail each wreck we viewed which included explanations of how and when the ship went down and the parts of each ship. It is an experience to not miss!

This two hour tour over 3 shipwrecks was so much fun. We did it as a couple but will be back with our kids! The crew was very knowledgeable abd the views underwater were incredible! Even though our tour took place in dense fog, the captain kepy us comfortable and entertained. Not to be missed it you like history.

We highly recommend the tour. We saw three shipwrecks and had a great guided tour of the area complete with history and interesting stories. Thanks to Captain Kate and Kate for a wonderful trip. Worth the drive and the fare.

We had a nice time on this tour. We took our grand kids aged 6 and 8. Of all the things we did on our trip they rated this the coolest . The captain did an awesome job of placing us right on the wreck and the narration was right on. Seats inside and outside the boat make it comfortable for anyone. We also saw two eagles, a lighthouse and the pictured rocks. Followed that up with a hike to Miners Falls and Miners Castle. A great day with the kids. A 2 and 1/2 hour boat trip
