The room was quite big and very clean, the room service always did a very good job.
The staff was always very helpfull, either just to get a cab or to give you any direction that you might need.
And there's nice musing in the bar in the evening.

I was in SUWON for business reasons, ... but every little small detail in the hotel RAMADA PLAZA gave me the feeling like i am on holidays, ... at least for some hours, ... very friendly and well organized employess.
All the facilities are more then perfect.
I will definitly take this hotel when i will go next time to SUWON.

My boss and I were in Suwon to have business meeting for 4 days, in May 2013. It was our first time in Suwon, we usualy stay in Seoul for business purpose.

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, therefore we ask one lady at the Front Office to help us do the administrative proses to check-in and during check-in time, we would need hotel's help to get us 2 rooms, since we will need to heading to Seoul to have another meeting.

We see this as a common request and we also request this back when we stayed in Seoul, since airplane schedule from our country arrived eaarly in the morning in Korea. What is not good is the lady keep being hard and reject our request.

On top of it, we also ask the lady whether she can provide us with maps of Suwon and Seoul, since we're travellers in heir country, but she responded so late. It is a cure moments, when there was the other manager who helped us with clear guidance and helping us with our luggage. He also helped my boss with her breast-feeding milk.

This other manager (I forgot his name) has been a very helpful one and he never forgot to greet everyone with warm smile.

I was impressed with the english speaking skills of the front desk. They were always helpful in the moning with taxi cards and suggestions to go out in the evening. The only thing that I did not like was that though they had a lot of items in the breakfast Buffet - U could see on your second day itself that the Buffet was always "EXACTLY" the same. They would not even change the types of potatoes or types of salad leaves or beans or soup. So if U R staying for more than 2 days- by day three , u'd be eating exactly the very very same things.
Otherwise, great service, business rooms, absolutely great wifi and good sauna experience.

I stayed at Ramada as a part of Samsung's training program. I can say I wad surprised when i checked in and the staff knew english well. The staff is very kind, helpful, available and helpful. The food is good and (at least at breakfast) the choice is broad.
Although i hadn't time to vist the sauna, that's a plus.
As a conclusion I can say that I am glad to have stayef at Ramada and hope to come back soon.

I had a great 2 week stay at Ramada plaza. The staff was courteous and helpful. The concierge and front desk staff were always there with Taxi cards or advice on where to go in the city on the weekends.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I loved the food, especially the evening buffet at the Lounge. Sam and Orlando make eating there fun. I really couldn't ask for more.

I have stayed in this hotel two times and the front desk help me a lot.
They can speak good english and will help you a lot.
I will stay in this hotel next time when I visit Suwon.
I don't know if this hotel can accept wyndham menber card and get points of that menber?
And I hope if they can have any person to speak Chinese would be better.

Moreover, unfortunatly, we do not save the point of wyndham merbership. However, we do get the airline meberships which are Lufthansa, Air China, Czech Airline, Delta, and Continental Airline.
