“Fantastic Accomodations”

First time up to Mt Pleasant ---we are not gamblers but were interested in Johnny Mathias performance there at the casino---we went with no expectations and were so very pleased----our room was very very clean---the corners of the carpeting and behind and around the beds was spotless---bathroom squeaky clean with premium toiletries ---the beds were very comfy with quality linens--very good insulation for we didn't hear other guests and the place seemed filled---we will be back!

We had a king non-smoking room with fireplace and soaking tub. We did not use the tub, but the fireplace was awesome. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had dual shower heads, that was nice. The TV was awkwardly placed (on the side of the bed) and the remote did not work. They brought us a new one, but it still did not function unless you were right next to the TV. Their movie service on the TV was down for the night, which was disappointing since we couldn't get other channels to work. The in-room coffee was awful...not sure if it was the water in the room or the coffee brand. Our view was the parking lot, so not great, but we didn't really care about that. I would say that for $230 a night it was a bit overpriced, but we other than the items listed above we did enjoy our stay.

When we arrived around 1:00 pm one of our rooms was ready but mine wasn't, but that was no problem as we had appointments at the Spa. The rooms were great however they were on the first floor, think it had something to do with the after Thanksgiving special, I was hoping for something up stairs. The view from my room was of a parking lot and beyond that M20, very disappointed, but the other room was on the courtyard side with more to see. The rooms were very clean, well supplied with linens, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, the antique tub, fireplace, jacuzzi tub and the large shower with 2 shower heads in my room.

Room Tip: The rooms with the antique tub & fireplace are larger.

I just returned from a one night stay at Soaring Eagle and only word can describe it. Wow It is a beautiful resort with anything you could ever want. The rooms are huge, beautifully furnished, ultra comfortable beds, coffee maker, safe and refrigerator. There are four lamps in the room which provide enought light wherever you sit.
The room was immaculate, no spots on the chairs or carpeting. Bathroom is quite big with a marble type surface on the sink/vanity area. Towels were thick and plush.
The employees always smile and let you know you are appreciated as a customer upon arrival and departure.
The slots were not too kind to me but I didn't go there to get rich, I went to relax and enjoy.
All the rooms have been upgraded so no matter if you are in the south tower or the north you will still get a beautiful first class room.

From the moment we pulled up we were impressed with the outside of the building. We checked in and everyone was nice and courteous. The bell man held our bags for us cause we were early. The room was spectacular. We had a balcony view that overlooked the outdoor firepit. I loved the bath and body works products. The bed was so soft and the chairs you can just sink right into them. From the casino was suburb and the Buffett was great and the hotel was exceptional we are going to go back the end of December for a concert and we will definetly stay here again no questions asked. We would recommend this hotel to anyone you will not be disappointed.

The hotel rooms are always very clean and done in a Native American theme. The amenities are by bath & body works and are quality. the rooms have safes also. The restruants have very good food and priced right to, ( only thing that has never changed even after talking to managers is that the water glasses ALWAYS has water spots ) all eateries are very good and friendly wait staff everywhere. The new diner is fine and they give a lot of food (as do all the eating places) and their juke box really works! Go and play the record you like, it's really cool! There are 3 great gift shops! Good prices and great items at all stores, everything you'll need from cigarettes ( I don't smoke though) to souvenirs and Native American made items etc. The swimming pool is outstanding! Look at my pictures and there is also a place for children to play arcades while you play casino :-) as for the casino, this is a place to win! My husband and I do drive the 2 1/2 hours because we always win (but sometimes give it back) but ALWAYS have a great time! You'll love it here :-)

Room Tip: Stay in the north wing if you want to use the pool and not have to walk through the lobby in your sw...
