Everything in this hotel is very modern, very nice, just what I expected from the Soaring Eagle. I stayed just one evening, arriving late and leaving early in the morning. I did not use the waterpark (I didn't have my wife or kids with me), but I did take a look and it looked like alot of fun for my two boys. My only problem with the hotel, because I arrived late, alone, I tried watching a Detroit Tiger game on FSD. Once I finally got through the long check in line, I tried finding the game on TV, and for whatever reason, FSN and ESPN would not come in. I called the front desk to see if the hotel doesn't get these channel, they did. They even sent someone up to try and help me get the game. I guess they are experiencing some "bugs" yet. Other than that, it was a great hotel. The customer service was great. Upon checking out, they asked if I recieved my wake-up call. Very professional. I would surely stay here again with my family.
