We waited quite a while for a table - a coach load of Germans had commandeered most of the tables! However, well worth the wait - not sure how they make their pancake batter but it is delicious - light & fluffy! A definite must if you are in the area!

We had Harrie's pancakes in dullstroom, not Graskop. It is one of their own outlets, not franchise.

We visited the restaurant in the morning for breakfast/brunch before the crowd comes in. Personally, the pancake was soft and fresh. I had the bobotie filling which I liked. My family members did not think too much about it - nothing fantastic; probably equivalent to the murtabak back here.

We ordered just sufficient for us without food wastage.

We had lunch at Harrie's Pancakes on a Saturday. The place was very busy, and the service was a bit slow. The menu could have some more options, is a little pricey, and I also feel they are a little skimpy with their portions. The pancakes (had the chicken and mushrooms) were tasty. Not fantastic, but not bad.

Don't come here for a quiet lunch. The opposite - it is noisy, crowded, frantic pace. We got fast service for our drinks and food but our friends, at a different table, could hardly get served at all !
Variety does not exist, by my definition. You come here for pancakes (thick crepes / thin pancakes). You only need to decide on your filling. We enjoyed the savoury bobotie, chili con carne, chicken fillings. The sweet apple & cinnamon, and banana were also great for dessert. These pancakes are large and filling and cheap. About 60 rand each ($8-9 US). The beer was good / the wine not.

Harry's is a tradition in the low-veld. Go for a great breakfast or lunch. You won't be dissappointed!.
