Sometimes you have to think about where you are before being too critical of a place.
This hotel is in a very dusty area near the Sahara and so it is not surprising to find new dust appearing in the rooms at the end of the day. The rooms were of a good size - we had a seperate living space. Beds were comfortable and water worked well.
The rooms and furnishings could do with upgrading but things were fine for us. It was quiet at night and that's all we really wanted.
Breakfast was nothing to write home about - simple bread and jam and a boiled egg - but that's not a big deal.
No - I would not recommend a similar standard place if it were in Europe - but for us it was perfectly acceptable in Ghadames and I would be happy to stay there again.
