Just spent 1 night and 2 days at that hotel we were a group of 6 persons and enjoyed our short stay very much all members of the staff were very good extremely helpful,the rooms are decorated with taste,the bathrooms impeccable, breakfast was great and we had drinks and food at night on the terrace overlooking the lake excellent service and Fanous was doing his best to please us and he was very much appreciated.

Stayed at this hotel for a girly get away from Cairo. Fabulous hotel room and luckily for us, we were the only guests in the hotel with it being Ramadan.
Service personal and swimming pool just stunning with the lake in the background.
Quality of food is a bit of a let down but adequate.
It is an amazing weekend place to get away.

The scenery is breathtaking, the rooms are modern with a local twist, and the staff are beyond friendly.
They helped arranged a romantic dinner by the lake which is an unforgettable experience.

A great place to get away from Cairo. It is not far and the service is excellent. Went for a day use and went around the hotel. Planning to go back for a stay over the weekend. Two nights would be good.

The hotel has only opened last September. The advantages of that is the hotel in very good shape, everything is new and shiny. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The view of the lake is amazing. The pool is of a good size.The disadvantage is that most of the staff have zero training, a lot of the dishes don't taste very good (most importantly the local ones which the chef should have been able to perfect). If you have the patience to deal with amateur staff then I highly recommend this hotel for its location (it's only a 10 min drive to the famous pottery village "Tunis") , the breathtaking view and comfort of the rooms.

My husband and I returned from a 9 night stay at this lovely hotel on Tuesday. We had a splendid suite consisting of a large bedroom and a separate lounge and kitchenette. The mini bar was well stocked and one is given a large bottle of water every day and more can be purchased. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and we liked them all, thank you. The view from our suite was wonderful with the lake and desert the far side of the lake and the weather was perfect. The room and everything in it was clean and nice towels too. The chefs, Magdi, Mohamed, Mahmud and Ahmed went out of their way to cook us delicious meals. The staff in the restaurant are more used to catering for Egyptians and therefore do not speak too much English, but every day they got better and better. The hotel caters more for people for Cairo coming for R and R for 2 or 3 days rather than, like us, people who want a complete vacation but it is a new hotel and finding it's niche market. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place to go. We went to Tunis village which is only a 7 minute tuctuc drive away and it is delightful and unspoilt. The hotel does not have a Spa or gym but we were able to go to another hotel in Tunis village to have massages and use the gym.There were a lot of mozzies but we took spray and the hotel provides an electric anti mozzie unit in the room. Thank you to Moustafa, Ahmed Gaber and all the other managers for making our stay so good, you have much to congratulate yourselves on. We will return
