These burgers are really good. Not good for you so much, but hey - it's vacation, right? I would recommend.

“Love the Chuck Wagon!”
Reviewed August 11, 2013

Our yearly trip to Mackinac Island would not be complete without having lunch at the Chuck Wagon! They have the best burgers in town served on pretzel rolls! Other sandwiches we tried are tasty and very generous. It's a small place with lots of character and waiting for a seat at the counter or table is well worth it. It's a fun place to lunch and you won't be disappointed.
The owner works hard and the servers are efficient and friendly!
Great service and great food!

“tasty but greasy”
Reviewed August 8, 2013

We got a burger and fries. There was a pile of grease in the bottom of the tray, but the burger tasted OK. For 2 people, with 2 burgers and fries, and one drink, it was $20 plus. We probably won't come again because of all the grease, but others might love it.

Good service and great food. The burgers are tasty, but the Granny grilled cheese sandwich with bacon, apple, and aioli was to die for...

“Good Breakfast Spot”
Reviewed August 7, 2013

This tiny restaurant is located between the Main Street Inn and The Lilac Hotel. If you blink, you will miss it. We found it to be a good location for a quick breakfast. The food was good and priced reasonably. The short order cook was amazing to watch. I still can't believe how he balanced all of the different meals in such a small space, but he did it and he did it well.

Note: The Chuck Wagon closes between breakfast and lunch to change over the cooking area. They also do carry out, if you would rather take it back to your hotel to eat.
