My Husband and I found the Chuck Wagon 2 years ago. We returned this year to find the same breakfast cook. Amazing to watch him prepare the orders. We ate 3 breakfasts and 2 lunches during our 2 1/2 day stay. Not a bad meal to be had. As others have said the place is small but it works. All the staff was very friendly during each visit. We watched many a worker/local order the breakfast sandwich to go. We will be back.

great breakfast. quick, but without feeling that we were rushed. Eggs were done just as we ordered. Staff quite effiecient. Dress - casual. Never had chance to try them for lunch. Location right on main street. Very convenient to Lilac Tree Suites & Spa.

Great breakfast food. Great eggs, toast, French toast, coffee, but my favorite part was just watching the short order cook. It was like watching a free show the way he cranked out the delicious food. The place is small. Go early, or you might have to wait on a table.

The burger was large and juicy and the price was right. Small counter service with a few tables. Its a good bargain for the Island.

After bicycling the hilly interior trails of the Island we were ready for a good meal. Based on the reviews here I headed to the Chuck Wagon and it lives up to all the great reviews. We upgraded our burgers to the fries and cold slaw. Hamburgers are huge, hot and juicy. The pretzel buns are substantial and hold everything together nicely without being overly "doughy". Service was fast and friendly. The only down side would be the cramped quarters. With no place to put our helmets and other bicycle gear, the tiny two-seat high top table got pretty crowded. The food made up for it tho! We'll be back next time we get to the island.
