“Authentic Vietnamese Food”
Reviewed April 22, 2012

We have been friends with the owner since she was waiting tables at another Lansing favorite, Bangkok House. The menu at Asia's Finest includes Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese favorites. I'm an especially huge fan of the Pho and Bun Vietnamese offerings. Last night I enjoyed the Bun Dac Biet - which is a cold vermicelli rice noodle salad with lots of crispy fresh veggies, grilled beef, shrimp and pork, with the bonus of a fried egg roll. You pour the wonderful sweet and tangy dressing with peanuts over the whole bowl of salad and mix together. I add a few tablespoons of Sriracha and it is utter perfection. I shared an order of Vietnamese spring rolls as a starter - again cold vermicelli, crunchy veg and shrimp - so tasty. The sauce is sweet and sticky - a few squirts of Sriracha is also a welcome addition here. There are other Bun offerings with different meats or you could certainly go veggie with soft or fried tofu.

Asia's finest also does a mean Pho - with several varieties of meats or combos of meat to choose from to make your soup outstanding. Both the Pho and Bun dishes are extraordinarily satisfying.

“Bad Chinese food, Ok Thai food, Awesome Vietnamese food!!”
Reviewed August 31, 2008

The Vietnamese food is so delicious here--lots of fresh basil and cilantro. The Thai food is decent as well. Avoid the Chinese food though!

“Best Thai and Vietnamese in area - world class Pho'”
Reviewed April 21, 2008

This is a true gem - right here in south lansing. Don't let the strip mall venue fool you; The food is fantastic. The ingredients are fresh and the menue will blow you away. The Vietnamese soup (Pho') is out of this world. I also recommend the Thai dishes - esp. T14 and T23. The price is extremely reasonable ($5 -$10)
Foodies - make this stop next time you're in the Lansing area.
