Have been to Capital Prime three times - once for the soft opening and twice after the restaurant actually opened. Loved it all three times. Even though on the second trip I ordered the braised ribs and they came out mostly made of fat, the server immediately removed my plate, apologized for the problem and asked if I would like to order something else. I said I would like the ribs and that I would try them again. That could have been a disastrous scenario, but the chef came out and apologized, assured me that the replacement dish would be perfect and offered to buy me a drink as another gesture. That is the way to make a customer happy! Instead of just sending out another order of ribs, this restaurant showed that they truly regretted putting me through having to wait for my meal due to their mistake. I left the restaurant very satisfied that they are experienced and know how to handle a mistake as an opportunity to make a customer happy - and they did it.
