The world's best ale AND cookies? Count me IN! The reviews are not misleading and the award winning beers deserve the accolades. A relaxed atmosphere, friendly wait staff, and absolutely delicious food.

Friends and I went here for a cast party on a Tuesday. We spent much of the evening sampling the great beers and playing board games in the bar. The service was great and the atmosphere is very fun. The night was made even better by $.75 tacos. The tacos are good, the only thing is there's just one kind so vegetarians are out of luck.

This is a very new restaurant in an old Victorian building - at one time it housed a service station, hence the ambience is wonderfully eclectic. Their beer list is superb - they are a micro brewery so the selection of micro brewed beer and ale is top drawer. The food is very good and the selection is adequate. The service is a little slow but no doubt will improve over time.

They have a great selection of microbrews that change seasonally. My absolute favorite is the oatmeal stout, which is the smoothest dark beer I have ever had. The pizza menu offers a wide selection of tastes on thin crust pita bread, which allows you to really taste the toppings. They also have a variety of sandwiches made with bread from the local Great Harvest Bread Company. This is nice place to visit for an evening of good food and pleasant company.

Not your typical fried bar goods. Homemade, gourmet food. Whole the price. Beers are great, but the apple pie mead; you MUST try! Also has live music on certain nights.
