I went there on my first ever visit to Kalamazoo and learned a lot about the area's prior economic history (windmills, celery, corsets, checker cabs...) as well as the various possible etymological origins of the town's name. It's not just a cheap way to while away a rainy afternoon. Kids will love it too, and entrance tickets are dirt cheap.
