As a former resident of Chicago, I know Chicago style pizza and this isn't it. The crust is thick and hard. The sauce tasted so bad it gave me chills. It's rare that we don't save pizza for the next day but it was straight to the trash can with this stuff.

We ate here while on vacation in June. Ordered a medium deep dish pizza for the 2 of us - way too much food - next time we will get a small! It was wonderful like Chicago pizza very yummy!

Have been twice in hopes they were improving thru experience. Still find the dough a bit chewy and the toppings sparce. The 'specialty' pizza - Greek pizza had little flavor. The feta chese was barely noticable and the tomatoes, olives and bell peppers (yes --on a Greek pizza???) was sparce at best. Previously we had 2 different deep dish pizzas..not bad --just not real impressive...they got pretty soggy and the box soaked thru. (recommend a piece of foil under the pizza)
The menu does not invite the basic 'meat-eaters' pizza or create your own. I just can get excited about this place.

We expected to wait the 45 minutes that were needed to bake our Chicago style deep dish, but what we didn't expect was after that time to be told the order didn't go through and it would be another 45 minutes! The guy did make us a thin crust "appetizer" pizza during the wait, but then we ended up taking most of our deep dish home. Our first visit and probably our last.

We had outstanding customer service, from the young lady that took our lengthy order, to the delivery kid who went back and got that critical order of cinnamon breadsticks. The crust is good, the veggies are fresh. I have to say, the vegan Chicago pizza needs work. There is so much fake cheese (and hey - I am vegan, I get the idea of fake cheese), that five kids refused to take a second bite. I love the idea, it just needs to be tweaked. Fortunately we also ordered a regular crust, no cheese veggie pizza and that was a hit!
