Stayed here for a concert. Our room was in the "old" hotel building even though we requested the "new" tower. The rooms in the old section are dated and small. Definately not worth the money. I don't mind the cost when I've stayed in the new tower, which is very nice. When in the old section, the kids have to walk ALL the way through the smoky casino to get to the swimming pool in the new tower. This is unacceptable.
We had the chance to speak to Sue Harris, the Marketing Director, about various ideas. She is an absolute gem, and so knowledgeable! They are lucky to have her!
The restaurants and service are usually very good, but the machines are tight like most places.
