Don't drive by this little fish shack and not stop! It does not look like much from the road, but your taste buds will suffer if you drive by! This is Peterson's Fish Market, and in the back they have the "FOUR SUNS CAFE" , which is a little outdoor patio type set up with the best baked whitefish known to man! Ask what the seasoning is on the whitefish? "Top Secret" is the reply! Some type of cajun / texas seasoning that is just downright flavorful and smells heavenly. How much for this dinner you ask? $10.00, and it comes with one side item. Baked potato, rice or a spicy baked sweet potato au gratin (that is a THICK layer of cheese on top). I visited here twice in a span of only a week. Tried the fish tacos the first time, but by far the baked whitefish was 10 times better. Other offerings on the menu are fried fish, fish and chips, fish sandwich and fries, Vollwerth's hot dog and fries, fish chowder with jalapenos. Drinks are $1.00 and it is serve yourself. Order at the window and sit down and wait. Did I mention the view from there? Wow. It is across from the Quincy mine shaft and the view from there is very scenic.
