One of my favorite places to eat but not because of the food per se. It's just a happy place with regulars and is always packed. I feel cheered after eating there. Not gourmet, just good and comforting ambiance.

Loved the food, I had never had any Polish food like that before. I absolutely loved it. I look forward to going back again.

Traditional central / eastern European bar on the lower level, similar to a German rathskeller. Cheap eats. Authentic, homestyle Polish food. Friendly workers.

Food here is hefty, but reasonably priced. Krauthammer is yummy. Duck blood soup is special and well seasoned. Cash/check only. Well worth visiting!

Great food but Vegatarins beware everything fried in lard and the Dill Pickle soup has chicken bullion in it.
