We eat there every so often, gets crowded early, overall good food and decent value. They have regular weekly specials each day.

We went to dinner....two of us had the meatloaf dinner and one had the steak special..the steak was OK...the baked potato was a wet texture and the meatloaf could not be eaten. It was like tasteless rubber.....and we are not super fussy people. I did call to complain, they did not seem very interested but i hope they take this case to heart. They may not be in business long if this is their idea of customer service or meatloaf

While I have found good food at Rico's at all meals to include very good homemade soups, tasty Broasted chicken and Reuben sandwiches, it is their breakfasts that make this place stand out. Weekends are tough to get a table for the morning meal. It is obvious that this is a local's favorite because of their specials and every day prices. It is a place you can get a filling dinner for two for under $20 ( not including alcohol).

I have eaten here twice in two months. The first time was a Tuesday night and had the strip steak special. Very tasty and a super value. The beer was a little pricey, but we are in a touristy area. My second visit, I had the chimi. It was huge and came with lots of rice and beans. It was pretty good, not great. I thought it was better than La Senorita. To be fair, they have a huge menu. It is very difficult to do soooo many different things well. The staff are generally friendly and really hustle when the place is busy. I will definitely be back.

I have eaten at Ricos for years, sorry to see the cleanliness, and food quality slipping away. The lettuce on sandwiches had brown slimy edges. Olives used for garnish disgusting too ( this is the second visit we were served lettuce like this ) if we can see it his can the kitchen staff not? Blinds in dining room had a layer of dust right next to our booth. Menu covers were torn and dirty. Bathroom needs deep cleaning and repair work.Time to update it.
