Everything about me wants to love this restaurant; I've been trying and re-trying since the JW was built. Regardless of the party size (2-22 people), time of day (7am - 11pm), or location (indoor/outdoor), there are a few things that remain consistent: interesting atmosphere, above average food, abysmal service and disengaged management.
If you really feel the need to give the restaurant a go, I recommend you start in the bar where the service seems to be more consistent, attentive and genuine. Then again, how hard is it to serve wine and a cheese plate?
