The best feature about this restaurant is the ever changing menu and eclectic ingredients in each dish. You could go in on a weekend and have something so explosive with flavor that it would make you want to go back the next day to try it again. The one thing I have noticed however is that the food seems to have lost its layered flavor experience. While the ingredients in the food seem to continue to have variety, a dish doesn't seem to have that "layered flavor" attribute. I don't know if the chef has changed or it is a food supplier change. They do pride themselves in using local grown food suppliers so maybe it is just a time of year thing. The atmosphere is LOUD even when it isn't a crazy weekend night. Be prepared to wait if it is the weekend and there isn't a whole lot of space to wait so you are constantly having to jockey around to avoid others waiting and the staff moving from tables to the bar. Parking can be an issue too as this neighborhood is heaving with new restaurants and a brew pub across the street. Visit during non-peak hours for a better experience.
