Leo's is a seafood restaurant, but not like any other you are likely to find. It has all the usual goodies on the menu, but each one is just a bit different than you would expect. The clam chowder soup was Manhattan, rather than New England. It was fabulous. The scallops, usually wrapped in bacon were wrapped in salmon instead. The wines were excellent. My wife and I both had the evening's special. Terrific. The service was excellent and the atmosphere beautiful.
We highly recommend that you try Leo's if you're visiting Grand Rapids.

The burger was to die for !!! The coleslaw was unlike your basic mayo slaw. The fries were delish as well.
The atmosphere was wonderful and the music (ole blue eyes) set the mood for a very relaxing meal.
I will be returning to this restaurant for dinner hopefully soon.

Seviche! Well seasoned and just the right size for lunch. Not a fish dish readily found even at a fish house. It was quite tasty with enough juice to sop up with rosemary infunsed rolls. Pals ordered other fish and a burger, which the burger eater prononced excellent. White table cloths but not stuffy. Lovely, simple decor, complemented by Art Prize exhibits throughout the venue. Even the restrooms were first class.

Seven of us enjoyed an evening of fine dining with excellent service. Leo's has a wide variety of unique seafood dishes in addition to some beef and chicken for the non-seafood lover. The lox wrapped scallops were especially good. Others enjoyed the surf and turf, filet mignon and oysters florentine. Will certainly go back there when we are in the area.
