The Carribbean food is unlike anything else in West Michigan. I've been to Haiti several times and the food is truly authentic. When they ask you for the heat level you better be ready for some HEAT! We recently took a friend from New Mexico who lives on spicy food. He ordered a 7 out of 10 and broke out in a sweat after two bites!
Also, my wife is allergic to gluten and can't consume any cross contaminated food. She has tried several of the dishes and has never had a reaction.
Olga also uses her business to support the children of Haiti. She is building a school in Port Au Prince. A great meal will feel even better!
