Wanted to talk with the Agate Lady on the last day of their season but she was already gone to an out of town show. Visited with her associate who was very informative. Will stop back.

If you have 15 minutes to spare it is worth a stop. Lots of rocks to buy and I thought the prices were reasonable.

Perfect tiny museum for a tiny village at the end of the earth. Very knowledgeable proprietor took the time to explain to my 7 year old daughter about the agate she found on the beach too. Very worthwhile stop.

This museum and shop are definitely worth a stop, especially if you're into rocks, agates and local history. The first half of the space is more of a shop, but for only $1 you can go into the museum portion of the building. Not only will you learn a few things, but your eyes should be impressed with the natural creations on display. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable - so if you have questions, ask away!

Great little museum with a long history. Nice selection of rocks for sale and agates if you don't find your own on the beach.
