great selection of wines, bulk spices/herbs, coffee and amazingly yummy desserts. Cheesecakes and cupcakes are great. The cheddar beer bread is also a favorite.

Huge take out business, sandwiches are big enough for a meal and a half. Even with call in orders, it takes a while to get the order you called in. The food is worth the wait and the prices are very reasonable.

Oliver T's is more than just a top gourmet market. It's also a great place to get your coffee beans, beer or wine. They have a very nice wine tasting room in the back and a little cafe in the front to eat your freshly made deli sandwich (I always get the Oliver T Club on sour dough with Provolone and horse radish) or sip on a nice coffee. The wine selection has always been very good, rivaling other local stores like Aremia's. However, the beer selection is huge. They have selection not only from Europe, South american and Asia, but they also seem to have every hard to find brew made right here in Michigan.

Side note: I would have gave an "Excellent, however the prices are a little high (especially in comparison to Whigville). Also, they have had a high turn-over of employees behind the deli counter and some of the people they now have are slow and cut attitude. But the positive aspects far out-weigh the negative.

This place is great for bulk spices, gourmet ingredients that are otherwise hard to find, unique gifts, a huge selection of teas... And the biggest wine cellar in the area. The prices are sometimes higher than what I would like to pay, but if they are the only place where I can find something, I know I've got to fork my money over.

Looking for something unusual or gift or yourself this is the place to go. They also carry hard to find wines even Michigan wines.
