Great campground close to Alpenfest activities in Gaylord. Pool was nice and showers were clean and warm. Was great to have satelite TV and wifi at our campsite. Check in was quick and easy and the people working the desk were friendly and very helpful. Lot of things for kids to do and pets too.

This Koa is not for groups to have family reunions. The owner is an idiot. I would not stay at this park it it was for free. The undercover Boss should have visited this Campground. The owners before the current owners were great. I have such a bad visit at this KOA that would not even renew my KOA card. Why have a Wagon Wheel camping area for groups & take the center fire pit for your family to gather. The web site for this facility is a joke. I bet this facility is losing money! It was allways full with the other owners.

They were very helpful and accommodated the changes we made to the length of our stay. We had a group of 12 and three sites (2 tents and 1 cabin) and we were all right next to each other! The pool was great for cooling off. The putt-putt was not so nice looking. The kids loved the rental trikes.

Stayed only one night as a stopover. Though it was a bit off the freeway, it was worth the extra few minutes. Service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Bathrooms and laundry super clean. Wished we could have stayed longer!

We come here every year with our family and have a family camping weekend. They have a great pool and playground. The cabins are nice and comfortable and close to the pool and restrooms. They have nice hiking trails around the campground.

We stayed at Gaylord KOA during the Big Ticket Festival. It was close enough that it wasn't a pain to drive back & forth to the festival. The facilities were very clean & the pool was relaxing. It was nice to have the internet so our grandkids could skype with their Mom & Dad. Also, the staff were all friendly & very helpful. We would definitely stay at Gaylord again.

This is the third time that we have camped here. This campground to me is what a camping is all about, large mature evergreens the peacefulness and the overall ambiance of the campground. The staff is friendly, very helpful and very welcoming. The campground is well maintained and the common buildings have always been clean and well looked after. The campground is very central to the U.P.and many of the attractions are within easy driving times and distances. We have always enjoyed our stays here and will most certainly be back again.
