The "fusion" must refer to the fusion of Asian food with the proclivity to creating inauthentic sugary offerings in some Asian-American restaurants. The restaurant is in the attractive little lakefront town of Frankfort, MI, and if you don't mind sweet & spicy, you will probably really enjoy your meal here. It's not as if there is a lot of competition. Apart from that issue, which afflicts most of their food, from the Tom Yum soup through the stir-fries to some of the Bento specialties, food is laid out attractively and is prepared with care. You can always ask to have things made with less sugar, though it may be too sweet anyway, or be oddly unbalanced. The egg-drop soup, the sushi, and the pot-stickers are good & not sweetened. The outdoor patio faces the nearby harbor and is pleasant. wait-staff is nice, and even on crowded days the serving time is reasonable.
