We'd heard mixed reviews on Fusion, but finally tried it on our last trip to Frankfort (August 2012). We were pretty impressed with our visit! We dropped in on a Thursday around 7:00 pm without a reservation. We were taken to our table after about a five minute wait. There were a lot of people waiting, but it seemed like there were a lot of large groups (there were only two of us). The service started a little slow, but they were busy so we didn't get nervous.
Once our appetizers arrived, the rest of the meal was great. We started with the chicken egg rolls. They were hot and crispy and tasted wonderful. The sauce they were served with was also great.
We didn't get daring with our entrees - my husband chose the almond chicken and I had the beef fried rice. Both were excellent and the portion sizes were huge. Each meal came with soup and we both chose the wonton (which was also decent). Needless to say, we left there stuffed and satisfied.
The view is great, and since it's a small place, it can be enjoyed from almost every table. I recommend trying this restaurant if you're in the area. With such a limited choice on nice dining in the area, this place is a must visit.
