Clean, themed to the water park, friendly staff, big American-styled breakfast. Water park was great and all ages (0-65!) enjoyed it. Being able to buy and eat lunch inside the park was also helpful. We were there over July 4th weekend and it was busy but not crowded. Great trip in a lovely town.

From the moment we entered the facility, we were greeted by a staff who excels in family friendly customer service. From the very small child, to the older adult, there is something for everyone. We are very excited to visit again when the expansion is completed.

This was our second visit to Splash Village. I do like the park, but give it an average mainly because it is cold! We gave it a second try knowing that it was cold the first time, but this time it was even colder. It is a nice size for smaller children, but the kiddie pool was the coldest of all the pools. The entrance to the basketball pool had cool water pumping into it at the entrance. The lazy river was the warmest of all the pools. I had goosebumps the entire time I was there. Fortunately, my kids didn't seem to notice too much after they started playing. Hoping when they add the addition they will fix the heat problem, because I would like to go back if I heard this issue was resolved.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and perspectives during your most recent visit to our Hotel & Waterpark. We sincerely apologize for any issues you encountered during your visit. We have our park air temperature set at 86 degrees and our water temperature set at 84 degrees and both tend to hover within 1-2 degrees of their set point. We do, however, bring in fresh water to assist with water evaporation and water that is splashed out of our pools throughout the day, which may have resulted in some cooler water temperatures during your visit. I was unaware of any water temperture issues, but I will personally follow up with our Aquatics Director to see if we encountered any issuses during the time of your visit. If I can be of any assistance, please feel free to contact me at 800-863-7999 or at webmaster@zehnders.com. Thanks again!

Sincerely,

We came on 03/30 & 03/31 for a stay in the Loft Suite with five minor children. They loved every single minute of the vacation and could not get enough. I made sure to write a Thank you to the Hotel for clean rooms - quiet area - and outstanding service and staff. Five stars all the way. I think it was better to come on a Sunday - less crowded is you are able ;o)

Just spent a Saturday night at Splash Village. I was very impressed with the facilities. The hotel rooms were very clean and nicely up to date. The staff that we associated with were always very friendly and helpful. The waterpark was great, our kids loved it (ages 4 and 2). Though it was crowded, it was still very easy to do all that we wanted to do, as many times as we wanted to - I can only imagine what the new addition will add. Some things just to keep in mind when traveling to Splash Village - room availability/check-in is guaranteed by 4, and that was exactly the case for us(at least on the busy weekend we were there). If you are spending the night, you can begin using the waterpark at noon the day you arrive- but if you don’t have a room yet, there is a locker room where you can change/store a small bag. The locker room is very small though so be prepared. Same goes for check out – which is 11 AM. You can use the water park until 4 the day you check out, so once again, you will likely need to use the small locker room. Parking can be a little tight at the main entrance, but until you get your room keys, this is the only way in and out. Not a big deal, unless you need to run back and forth to car to get a few things before you have your room. Overall an excellent facility and we will definitely be going back.
