Took the family to Crossroads Village for their fall ghost train. It was a lot of fun. I had been here before for Christmas but never for Halloween.

Village:
The village was all decked out and ready for Halloween. They had 20 stations set up for trick or treating including free donuts and cider. Their decorations were very good and kid friendly. It was a lot of fun trick or treating.

Train:
Just like Christmas they had lots to see during the train ride. Monsters, vampires, pirates and much more.

The experience is very fun for the family. If your into blood and gore on Halloween, this isn't the place for you. But if you want good clean fun for the kids then this is the place for you.

In the summer, including Labor Day weekend when we were there, the houses and business of the village portray life in the 1880's. The mills and rides are working and fun. The train ride is excellent. There is a Mountain Man Camp on Labor Day weekend and Memorial Day weekend. Kids can trick-or-treat in October on weekends. And the Christmas Lights are awesome

it is the perfect size to spend a few hours with your family. My 9 year old loved it. The village is just the right size. The train ride is fun too!

We went to use my season pass and ride the Belle. We got right on and enjoyed the short trip. The village is always quaint and memorable.
