We are here for a full month. Delta County has poured quite a bit of money into this RV Park over the past few years. We used to refuse to even consider this park because it was in quite poor condition. Now it is great. They have nice clean bathrooms with running hot water. There is now water, and cable tv on each site, and wireless internet that actually works real well. The park always had some nice trees and large sites, but that was it. We heard that things were better here so we came in one weekend last fall to check it out and we were impressed. I do lots of long term seasonal camping and I will be back here again. I think most Rv'ers should like this location.Just plan on bringing a portable waste removal tank if you are staying more than a few days because the only real amenity this park does not have is full hook-ups.

Took a walk in the early morning hours at this park. There were lots of runners and walkers out and about. Lots of big trees and open areas, as well as sidewalks. Quiet, and not much car traffic. Had beautiful views of the sunrise.

The camp grounds are nice, but people crank music after midnight, no regard for other campers, boom boom boom til all hours, I asked one group to please turn it off, they refused with no apparent control from the managers of the camp, you have to rely on the general decency of people. Unfortunately there is no decency here.

This is a nice park with lots of room between campsites. That part is great. It is in need of some updating which I understand they are going to do sometime soon. It is located right on the river, close to town and close to a boat launch. The only negatives I can see is that it is close to the paper mill so you have to deal with the smell when the wind is blowing your way and you can't moor your boat at the campground. There is a playground for the kids and running water with showers. Pit toilets are available around the campsites. It is usually quiet at night except for the road traffic. There is a nice large pavillion for family gatherings or groups. There are a few hiking trails around the park. It is pretty reasonable as far as rates go. Please check it out for yourself but don't forget the bug spray especially in the spring. They can be bad at times.

Nice place although once we got there we opted to stay at another campground in and run by the same County because it offered sites right on the Lake. It was called OB Fuller Park. It had large pull in sites with 20/30 amp and water hook ups. The bathrooms were clean. Site 23 and 17 are nicely shaded, the rest are sunny but still with plenty of trees. $2 ice on site. Basic but beautiful.
