We had the good fortune to visit this terrific little place twice before heading south last month. Will be frequent patrons when we return in the spring. We were surprised to see friends there the last visit and found they have also visited several times and have been thrilled with the menu and quality of food. And don't, whatever you do, order dessert. You'll be hooked for sure! We understand the chef originally started out with desserts. So glad he found his groove in the great regional southern cuisine which is the centerpiece of the menu, but didn't leave out his fantastic sweet 'roots'. Hats off to the professional and friendly staff. Do not pass up this little gem on Ames Street across from the Village market!
