Owner description: MSU's huge country-like campus offers a lovely setting for running, biking or just hanging out, and also has places to visit, like the Beal Botanical Gardens, Sanford Natural Area, the 70,000-capacity Spartan football stadium, an art center, planetarium and, of course, the MSU Dairy Store for ice cream.

“Looks like a "true" university”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 10, 2012

On-campus roads are very confusing at the north end of campus. The more to the south, the less confusing. Steeped-in-tradition style buildings make for good architectual walks. Pedestrians have right of way, not cars (again, to the north). Full-service university offers many cultural events performed by students.

The campus is a great place to walk . They have beautiful gardens, and everything is well marked so you know what you are looking at. Also have a great garden area for kids.

“Beautiful campus”

Stunningly beautiful campus in any season. MSU has several gardens in the summer. Old buildings in the main campus area. Check for special activities. Lots happening on campus.
