Blue Star Antique Pavilion
Ranked #3 of 14 things to do in Douglas
Attraction details

I love antique stores, and this one is very nice. It's clean, dust free and organized into separate fender areas. The prices seemed reasonable, and there were a vast number of items. If you've got a rainy day, or just love antiques, spend some time in the Blue Star.

My husband and I always make this a part of our Saugatuck/Douglas visit. Many, many booths with interesting things. The staff is helpful in being there right away when you need to look at something in a locked case. It really takes you back, looking at all of the obsolete items that may have been a part of your past, and helps to recall forgotten memories.

This is a large antique mall with lots to see. If you are a dealer here the front staff will lose you your sales. They are rude and the only helpful people are the roaming key people that you have to find at the front desk or have paged to you. If you want a cheap deal or even a 10% discount standard at most antique stores look on as they told us $150 is their call amount, however at check out we were told as a dealer we could get a discount on items over 25 $ because we were dealers. This is an odd practice as I'd rather sale to shoppers than dealers.

This is a great place with huge selections. Can get a bit overwhelming. As far as selections are concerned - there is lots of neat finds among tons of not so great finds - but its a plethora of collections.

This Antique store is large! We like to stop here whenever we are in Saugatuck/Douglas. Even if you don't purchase anything it's fun to checkout!
