“Hidden secret near GP”
Reviewed August 31, 2012 via mobile

This is truly a hidden gem of the east side. The menu has been revised and continually is updated for the seasons. I have been coming here with my family about once a month for the past year and it just keeps getting better. The food is always fresh and made to order. Not many restaurants are still truly family run. The owners and their staff are very friendly and fun and really care about their customers. They knew our names only after one time being there. The food takes a little longer than some places but is completely worth the wait. If you have kids they do a great job making sure their food comes out quick and the chicken fingers are fresh cut and hand prepared to order. I almost order them as much as my kids do. Overall, fresh fish, soups made fresh daily, and everything is great. Really a hidden gem for great cuisine!

“Fantastic food at bargain prices.”
Reviewed July 18, 2012

Bogartz has top quality, interesting food prepared to order. Everything we have tried was super.
Salmon burger with lemon basil mayo, BLT with creole mayo, Mahi Mahi tacos, antipasto salad, Greek salad all got raves. Unusual pizzas also on menu. Lunch special offered half sandwich or salad and soup for $5:00!!!! Amazing considering the creative and fresh offerings. You will be surprised at the taste and the value. We have been with friends and with kids and grandkids qnd everyone wants to go back. Servers have always been friendly and efficient.

“The Parks' undiscovered gem!”
Reviewed December 22, 2011

This place is far more than a neighborhood tavern.

This past summer the owners brought in a chef to run the kitchen and he devised a menu of New American cuisine. My family has eaten up and down that menu and consider everything we have chosen to be spot on for taste and value.

Great and comfortable ambience in the dining rooms. Very family friendly.

Owners are very hands on and welcoming, and the wait service is terrific. One of our favorites on the eastside.
