This place has an amazing offerings in both the sweet and savory categories as well as good coffee--great for a quick, casual breakfast or brunch. Oh, and it's super cute, too!

“If you like sourdough bread, check it out”
Reviewed February 25, 2012

I'm not a fan of sourdough but I respect the women owners, who made this a special place in the Cass Corridor. It's got a great story/history.

This has become one of the best , most successful business enterprises in the city of Detroit. A vision, a plan and the development of one of the best bakeries and coffee shops in Michigan.

“Can't go wrong”
Reviewed January 18, 2012

You can't go wrong with a company that treats it's employees right and also makes a killer product. The cherry walnut bread never disappoints, either does anything else really. You likely won't find a spot to sit inside, but hopefully that doesn't stop you from going. Summers are better since you can enjoy the table outside.

Seriously, go.

“Don't believe the hype”
Reviewed January 18, 2012

The bread is hard. If you are french you will hate this place. The only good item on the menu is the overpriced berry brioche.
