The food and service is always good. I always stop here when I am in downtown Detroit. I had fish and chips, fish was fresh caught in the morning. Homemade seafood chili was spicy but cold and could of had more seafood in it.

( I ) like the patio area, who ever is the chef does an exceptional job, the food is very good. Atmosphere is very nice. I really wished they had BETTER parking. There are a lot of parking meters & parking lots that cost to much to park at. Sad but true the police give a lot of tickets at the parking meters if you don't get your car before the meter expires. which means you have to hurry up, eat & exit.

We went to Tom's for lunch. The menu consisted of only entrée type menu items no sandwiches no burgers no salads...and the prices were totally out of line with the quality of food. I ordered the seafood chili and there was only sausage and it like eating jambalaya with beans...seriously. if I wanted to eat meat I wouldn't have ordered SEAFOOD chili. The flash fried calimare was just so so -not a thing special there...all in all I'd say overpriced and low quality. Take a pass and go to Greek town.

Friendly service, fun atmosphere, and tasty seafood appetizer platter. Only downside was rundown and unsanitary restroom.

Went in for an early dinner while staying across the street at the Marriott. Cheerful and efficient service, nice casual atmosphere, good choice of wines by the glass, excellent Bluepoint oysters followed by a very generous "appetizer" service of 3 crab cakes.
