Love dining out side. It is always busy, so get there early for lunch or early for dinner. There is always a crowd on the sidewalks, so be prepared for gawkers.

Some colleagues took me here for dinner on a Redwings game night and upon entering I was very sceptical, filled with sports fans in jerseys... just before game time it cleared out and we were well on our way through our starters - Oysters and Calamari and the waitress was very knowledgable on her Oysters. All was fresh and excellent and despite it being a busy night service was great. Mains were as good as the Oysters so if your looking for busy, casual, local flavour and excellent fish/ seafood, I highly recommend

The selection and quality of the food was great !!!! It can be expensive ESPECIALLY if you order drinks !!. The price of alcohol is too high,

We had a great dinner at Tom's that was reasonably priced. The service was great with a very attentive server. We enjoyed numerous canned beers on special. The clam chowder was nice because it was not too milky and had a decent kick to it. I enjoyed the Lobster Mac and Cheese which was delicious and extremely filling. My friend enjoyed their key lime pie for desert. We stayed at the Ren Center Marriott and Tom's was located right across the street. There were other restaurants nearby that seemed a lot pricier than Tom's.

Quite a few Tom's have closed over the years but this one has stayed the course. Menu doesn't change often so if you are familiar with Tom's, your favor item is most likely still there. Their fish is well prepared and they offer a good selection of beverages. The upper deck is a bonus in the summer time.
