Sharing a multiplicity of meats, cheeses, little dishes, then some pasta and maybe a salad is the way to go. Pizzas are OK, but not heir strongest point. Inside a bit noisy but outside is charming. Very pleasant and helpful service.

What a great place.....stumbled upon this place a few months ago and I've gone back at least once, maybe twice a month. The menu is simple, the food is portioned to allow visitors to try a little of everything, the bar is stocked with premium beer, wine and liquor.

This bistro with it's cool patina could be found in a small town in Italy or the meat packing district in New York, but we're fortunate enough to have it nestled here in the Corktown neighborhood of Detroit.

After many return trips, I've sampled pretty much everything on the menu and although the standouts are the chopped salad, pizza (any), truffle butter pasta and melted pecorino with pears & honey - everything on the menu is a can't miss.

Looking forward to my next trip there........

Classic take on pasta dishes. Lunch size dishes were small but filling. Good size for cost.

Appetizer of pear butter oil, delightful.

Dessert of yellow cake with olive oil and raspberries in balsamic oil with whip cream was a wonder finish to the meal.

Good service and menu choices, planning a return trip soon.

Easy parking options, very nice waitress staff.

After a fun visit to the Motown Museum, my family and I, for lunch, decided to try a restaurant in an area of Detroit that is beginning to re-gentrify. The atmosphere is casual and the decor feels like an Italian bistro/trattoria. Everything on the menu looked great, making choices difficult, so my daughter and I decided to split a pizza as well as an order of pasta carbonara. My husband went with with a porchetta sandwich. Bites of each plate were shared among us, and everything was delicious. These dishes were indulgent, indeed, but worth every calorie!

Loved everything!! Cool ambiance and excellent location - right in Corktown, We had the calamari and pizza and both were delicious. Overall food and drinks are fantastic. Service is also very good so I would highly recommend it.
