Stayed over for 3 nights this past week and had a great experience. The room was clean and updated, also quiet for a hotel that was nearly full one night. Breakfast was the usual fare of waffles, bagels, eggs, etc and there was plenty of seating, which was nice. No signs of bedbugs.
A couple of issues during our stay:
1) There is a shuttle that runs to the Ford Museum/Greenfield Village which we took advantage of the first morning. My complaint was that we submitted our names for the first trip out at 0915, which didn't seem to matter. It was a free-for-all in the parking lot, and we barely made it on. I'm not sure why they even took names to begin with.
2) the fitness room only had one machine of 4 working. The other 3 were out of service. There also was no way to sanitize or clean the equipment before using it. The TV had no remote in that room, so that was basically out of order too.
Neither of these issues would stop me from staying again, you could tell there was an immense pride in ownership from the managers and all the staff.More
