I stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everyone was friendly and incredibly gracious. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed here because the convention I was attending was at this hotel. Initially, I was very disgruntled because wi-fi is not free. However, when we checked in, we were told that if we signed up for Hyatt's Loyalty program, that they had a special where the internet fee would be waived for our stay. That was a no-brainer!

The internet connection wasn't the fastest, but it was sufficient. The restaurants were good enough but rather pricey. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

STAFF: They were very friendly and helped for any doubt we had.
FOOD: Breakfast is just normal, you can find the variety enough that you expect for a hotel of this category. Lunch, again i have to say that it is just good enough. The quality is very very good but I could have expected more variety, anyway, as i said, its variety is just enough.
ROOM: the room was really huge!!! Beds were really really confortable and very big!!!!!! the bathroom has two parts. There is a first part that is like a hall in which there is a sink and where the closet is. Both the bathroom and the room were very clean and every day it was cleaned. It has heating and cooling.
INTERNET: really really slow. Only for emails. Imposible to be patient enough to watch youtube (it takes too long loading the videos). I have to say that internet is VERY EXPENSIVE (and with very low speed)!!!
CONCLUSION: The stay in this hotel is very good, I am sure that if you stay in this hotel you will feel it very confortable, the point is that its just very good, but dont look for "luxury".

Nice hotel lobby and accommodations. The rooms haven't been updated since early 90s. Mold in shower but other than that it was clean. The second sink was nice. Hotel restaurant was expensive for atmosphere but had a good burger.

At a hotel of this caliber, you would think that wifi would be a included amenity, NOT. My daughters were in a NAM pageant there for the weekend. Even kids TV channels were extra! We also had to pay a convention fee. I have never heard of that. But at $5.99 per night per room, for a minimum 2-3 night stay on a completely booked hotel, imagine the extra they brought in. This was a hidden fee we were not told about. Well, once again, I have been schooled on my dime. I will ask even more questions in the future when making reservations. Even in 4@5 star hotels.

Stayed at this hotel two years in a row for a convention. The front desk staff was quick and courteous when checking in. The hotel is modern and stylish. Rooms are decent and clean from what I could tell. Walls are VERY thin however. You can hear your neighbors like they were talking to you. The elevators seemed to break down quite a bit. The only real complaint i had with this hotel was that they got me with the $10 water on the desk trick. Didn't read the sign until I drank the water. Don't drink any of the waters that come with your room! They aren't free!

The Customer Service was SUPERB!!!!, i traveled with my mom who is handicap and unfortunately I didn't bring her wheel chair. The Hotel had a wheelchair for my mom and the security guard was always there when i needed them to assist her, they took her anywhere she needed to go with no hesitation. That made me happy seeing someone else taking good care of my mom. My room was clean, i had a great view of the city/highway. Only thing was missing was a complimentary continental breakfast, that would've put the icing on the cake.

If I didn't get this room thru PL, I would have checked out. I cannot believe this hotel is a 4star on PL...it should have been a 2 star! The rooms were outdated and the carpet was so dirty. Dust all along the edges and who knows what else. The bed linens were very clean. Pool area is small and the pool is in need of repairs.
