We don't eat out frequently, but when we do this is one of the restaurants we choose to visit. I have no idea if the food is "authentic" or not, I just know my family likes it. The bean burritos and the chicken burritos are a favorite, as is the mini super tostada. My kids are not big on Mexican, but they get cheese crisps, which are basically quesadillas. They also get fries or onion rings, both of which are quite good. We have only had to wait once and that was on a Sunday, as we normally go on weekdays. The service is pretty quick and the chips are hot, though sometimes pretty greasy. They give you regular and hot salsa and both are pretty tasty. We have never been disappointed, the food is consistently delicious.
