The food is good and above average for bar food. The best thing to do here is to get a drink on the roof top and watch the sunset.

I have visited The Pound 6 times over the past couple months and have yet not been disappointed yet. The service could stand to be friendlier or more experienced/mature, but we've never had anything wrong with our meals or have had to wait an unusual amount of time for anything. Mixed crowd, although it becomes more of a bar scene after 9:30 or so when the DJ starts playing. Try the buffalo chicken macaroni & cheese... comfort food at its best! Yum. Their steak sub with provolone is also very good, the spicy feta bruschetta is out of this world, and my friend said their veggie pizza was the best she's had. Just a cool, fun place to hang out and grab a bite to eat.

This place was just being built when i was in Brighton last year, so it was on my list to check out this year. My family had a good experience here, even with several adults and three small children, two of which needed the special chairs, on a weekday summer evening. The food and craft beer selection were good, and they did a great job with the kids. We wanted to sit on the roof deck and it helped to check with the staff up there instead of relying on the host(ess) to know what was available. The Pound is on my list of places to go back to.

Typical "Bar Food" but fun to sit on the roof top. Don't go when it is really sunny and hot - it gets really warm. They need to install some ceiling fans around the bar to add some air movement. Staff is young and sometimes "self-involved" and unattentive, but all in all an nice alternative to some of the other spots in Brighton.

I thought the food was good, we had nachos and my husband had a pound dog that was good. Different than regular bar food, which was nice. We sat on the roof which was awesome. it gic=ves you a view of downtown and the mill pond. The music upstairs was fun. The only thing is beers upstairs are $5 compared to $3 downstairs which is a complete rip off. My bloody mary came with no pickle or olives but when i asked the server went downstairs to get one. Overall a good experience
