I don't know what they put in the pancakes here, but they are some of the sweetest, fluffiest pancakes around! There is a huge menu, and I've loved everything I've had here--but the pancakes and waffles are definitely the main stars! The portions are gigantic, so you feel you are getting good value for the money. Honestly, in most situations, 2 people could split an order of their pancakes! The service here is always excellent and attentive, and it has a great family atmosphere. Skip IHOP and head to Sophia's for a terrific breakfast experience!

We're the kind who travel often, and avoid chain restaurants like the plague. So, we are always hoping to find a local spot that serves just good food. Sophia's House of Pancakes did just that. Friendly staff, good, plentiful food, hot coffee, and a down home quality that brings it all up a notch.
I had one of the best waffles I've ever had; fluffy inside, with a crunchy edge,hot and fresh. Our waitress was really sweet, efficient, and didnt forget one thing we asked for. My husband is Very picky that his toast comes out with his eggs,and she achieved this perfectly, too. Eggs were cooked to order, bacon was very tasty,and we left full and Very happy.
This is a can't miss spot, if you like a home cooked style breakfast!

If you don't want to eat at a chain restaurant, try this local fair. Good pancakes & waffles. Prices reasonable, portions large, servers are friendly & check back frequently for any needs. Menu has good selection of Omelets, Pancakes, Waffles and all of the sides!

As most people are saying about Sophia's, We have to agree. Everything was great. Easy location right off the interstate, Clean, Friendly, Professional, Great Service, and of course the Food...Everything was great. The portions are very large. Prices are fair. What else can be said? We had for breakfast Denver omilet and eggs with hash browns and the ham was very good. And of course, the pancakes!! Keep up the great job Sophia"s!!
