Description: Mulligans Pub has been a local favorite for 27 years. It is well known for great food and large portions at incredibly low prices. The wait staff is extremely friendly and entertaining. The building was built in the late 1800's and has the original brick walls, wood floor and tin ceiling. It has a very warm and friendly atmosphere with all kinds of memorabilia on the walls to entertain you.

“A Genuine Pub”
Reviewed July 17, 2013

During Tall Ships Celebration this weekend, they still had their full menu. The offerings were broad and the protions generous. They were conveniently located across from the museum and the park. They were packed and yet we only waited about 15 minutes to be seated. The staff was very harried and yet when they stopped at our table they were friendly and helpful. Then they would nearly run to their next task of more drinks, serving the food, refills, or anything else needed. The price was very reasonable for two with lunch and drinks for $21. I'd go back!

“Great lil bar in downtown Bay City”
Reviewed January 11, 2013 via mobile

This restaurant/bar is conveniently located just 1 1/2 blocks from the Doubletree Hotel where I was staying. The food is pretty good: I had a delicious turkey sandwich and my friend had a steak that he enjoyed. Beer and food prices are very reasonable. The decor of the bar is nice and is pretty clean. Service was great: I recommend anyone visiting Bay City to stop by.

“Lively atmosphere. Great prices.”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

My husband and I were searching for a second Bay City bar that offered a decent premium beer selection, bourbon I could drink "neat" and staff trusted to pour the booze themselves rather than be limited by one of those auto measuring thing-a-ma-jigs. We usually end up at Old City Hall but wanted a more casual option too. Mulligan's filled the bill for a remarkably reasonable price. A dark, bottled beer and a glass of nothing fancier than Maker's was all we needed but you'd be surprised how many bars in town can't provide that. Looks like my husband can stop slogging his way through seasonal silly fruit infused beer and/or I've choked down my last glass of Crown Royal or worse yet...Jim Beam. Hooray!
