Finally getting around to writing a quick review for Old City Hall. Our most recent time spent here was on New Year's Eve. We had a large group and were seated in the overflow dining area. Regretfully, I do not remember our waitresses name, because she was one of the all time worst we have ever experienced (and we are no strangers to upscale dining). Without much thought the management should be able to piece together who we had (dark hair). In any event, when she wasn't muttering things under her breath (like she couldn't wait until her shift was done) she was busy giving crappy service. We are probably the easiest group to get along with (and very good tippers), but she deserved neither. However, the charm was surprisingly turned on when it came time to present the bill....wow, how clever. The calamari was excellent as usual, but the rest of the meal was very disappointing. We came to Old City Hall this year for New Years (and at times during the year) because we had such a terrific experience last year. Regrettably, we will likely not return, unless we here the service and food are ramped back up to match the prices. This is a real shame, because the atmosphere here is hard to beat (when the right staff is in place).
